Staff Development Retreats

Base Camp isn't just for your students

Sometimes teachers need to learn something new just like their
students. Staff development retreats are a great way to kick off the
new school year or add some fun to a mid-semester in-service day. Try
out the activities that your students love
with your teachers! They can participate in any of our programs,
including our indoor archery range, rock climbing wall, high ropes, and
problem-solving activities. If teachers have
a great time doing these activities, so will the kids!

Add A Room

Before or after your program, you can also
add a room rental to run your own staff development training.

Once you're ready to book your retreat, just fill out an Adult Program Request Form and send it to basecamp@northernstarbsa.org.
