Full Facility Rental
Reserve the whole TeamBuilding Center facility
If you are looking for the perfect venue for your special event, both Base Camp's TeamBuilding Center and Leadership Center offer full building rentals! Your rental can last from four hours for a lunch meeting up to a full weekend for a corporate retreat or special event.
Our convenient location off of highway 62/55, near the airport and lightrail blue line, makes us central to the Twin Cities area and easily accessible for out of town visitors.
Reservations
Reservations for the full facility can be made up to 11 months in advance, but in order to give your group the best experience, we cannot accept reservations within 14 days of requested date. To reserve Base Camp for your event, just fill out new reservation request on our online reservation system. To finalize your facility fee, you'll also need to have an on-site or phone meeting with one of our staff members.
Amenities
Our facilities can be set up in almost any way you can imagine. We realize that takes a lot of supplies and materials, so to help here are the items we have available at Base Camp:
- Mounted projectors in large presentation spaces
- Additional mounted and rolling monitor carts
- Speaker podiums
- Handheld and lapel microphones
- Variety of seating options for up to 200 (padded folding, nonfolding chairs)
- A selection of round tables, classroom tables, and folding buffet tables
- Coffee and water service
- Free onsite parking and Wi-Fi access
- Catering prep kitchen areas
- Multiple breakout spaces
If there's something else you need, we'd be happy to find and rent more equipment for you.
All full facility rentals include one of our Lead Guides to help coordinate, organize, or answer any questions you may have. If you'd like additional staffing for events please note it on our Facility Request Form and we'll follow-up.
Prhoibited Items
The following items are not allowed as part of any event or program on Base Camp property: Alcohol, Tobacoo Products, Balloons (latext and mylar balloons are not allowed on Base Camp property - inside or outside buildings)
